
DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
For the purposes of these Terms of Use:
“Platform” refers to the Ethical Mark™ digital system, including all services, tools, and interfaces provided.
“EthicalMark™” refers to the entity operating the Platform and providing the evaluation services.
“User” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Client” refers to a company or organization applying for evaluation or certification.
“Assessment” refers to the methodology-based evaluation process conducted through questionnaires, scoring models, and data analysis.
“Certification” refers to the result issued by Ethical Mark™ based on the assessment outcome and defined scoring thresholds.
“Certification Level” refers to the categorical result of the evaluation, represented as Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
“Confidence Score” refers to the data reliability indicator derived from statistical analysis of submitted responses.
Scope of Services
Ethical Mark™ provides an independent, methodology-based assessment of ethical competition practices based on data submitted by Users.
The Platform:
evaluates responses through proprietary scoring models,
generates scores and certification outcomes,
provides a structured representation of ethical competition indicators.
EthicalMark does not:
conduct legal audits or regulatory inspections,
verify all submitted data independently,
guarantee actual compliance with laws or ethical standards.
All results reflect an analytical model and should be interpreted as indicative, not definitive.
