The certification is intended to serve as a reliable reference point regarding an organization’s ethical competition posture within the market environment during the period of validity of the certification.

Certification is issued for a defined validity period as determined by Ethical Mark™. Upon expiration of this period, re-evaluation is required to maintain an active certification status.

• EthicalMark does not function as a regulatory authority and does not perform official legal compliance audits,
