1. Introduction
Welcome to Ethical Mark™ (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the Service
Ethical Mark™ provides an independent, methodology-based assessment of companies’ ethical competition practices.

The results, scores, and certifications issued by EthicalMark:

  • are based solely on submitted data and evaluation models,

  • do not constitute legal, regulatory, or official approval,

  • do not guarantee actual compliance with applicable laws.

3. Eligibility
You must be authorized to represent your company and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree that:

  • all information provided is accurate and complete,

  • you will not manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent data,

  • you will use the Platform in good faith.

Ethical Mark™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Certification and Results
Certification is granted based on scoring thresholds defined in our methodology.

Ethical Mark™:

  • does not guarantee ongoing ethical behavior,

  • may revoke certification if misuse or misrepresentation is identified.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, scoring models, and materials are the intellectual property of Ethical Mark™ and may not be used without permission.

7. Certification Usage
Certified entities may use Ethical Mark™ badges strictly in accordance with the Certification Usage Policy.
Misuse may result in revocation and legal action.

8. Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Ethical Mark™ makes no warranties regarding:

  • accuracy of user-submitted data,

  • future conduct of certified entities,

  • legal compliance of any company.


9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethical Mark™ shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • reputational or commercial losses,

  • third-party claims arising from certification use.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are violated.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Istanbul].
